Özemek Plastik started its operations with the production of automotive and machinery spare parts in the early 1070s and became the first company manufacturing plastic mold profile in Turkey when approaching the 80s.
It focuses on technology, customer satisfaction, feedback, and high standards as indispensable keywords at every step, from production to sales. Intending to provide quality products since the first days of its establishment, Özemek Plastik has rolled up its sleeves in 1995 to test the molds produced by the extruder machine, which was designed and created with the resources of the company.
Since then, it has improved itself continuously as a result of its solution-oriented approaches to the increasing demands of furniture, construction, electrical, and automotive sectors. While supporting domestic production and the national economy, it aims to be the solution partner of the sectors it serves. In parallel with this aim, it always works to offer practical solutions in;
- A PVC production line of 3,000 m2 built in 2002 in İkitelli,
- The factory with an indoor area of 4,500 m2 built in 2007 in Esenyurt,
- An indoor area of 5,000 m2 built for the PVC edge band production in 2012 in Silivri.
It continues to produce global standards. As a result of rapid growth and high customer satisfaction, it increased its area to 10,000 m2. It became a manufacturer exporting to many countries with a sales capacity of 1,000 tons per month in 2014.
Özemek Plastik believes in growing with its customers while developing itself with effort, knowledge, and experience. It has opened its first branch in Ankara as the first step towards offering easy accessibility. With the motivation earned from customer satisfaction, it has opened new branches in Kayseri and Istanbul to meet the increasing demands.
A1 brand, which the company launched in 2003, attended the global fairs across the world and introduced its solution to various countries. The company has strengthened its awareness abroad via these fairs and positive relations with its customers. It has created an extensive network spanning the world from Turkey by cooperating with many companies operating in different countries.

Lathe Workshop Founded
In 1975, Mustafa Özçoban started to produce profile molds in his lathe workshop established enterprisingly.

1992
Mold Production
The molds produced by the extruder machine were designed and tested with the company resources.
Plastic Profile Production Started
Plastic profile joined the product range with demands from the furniture sector. The molds have provided profile solutions for the furniture sector, as well as the electrical, construction, and automotive sectors.
2002
New Production Line in İkitelli
As a proof of volumetric growth, a new PVC tape production line started operating in Ikitelli on a 3,000 m2 closed area.
A1 Brand Becomes Known
To embody the experience gained in the field of furniture profiles, the A1 brand was created and took its place in the market. With the International Intermob Fair, A1 makes its name heard in the global market.
2007
New Factory Opened in Esenyurt
The factory building with a 4,500 m2 indoor area in Esenyurt joined the company’s assets. Thus it opens the first branch in Ankara with the idea of establishing an active sales network in Turkey. The branches in Kayseri, İzmir, and İkitelli followed the branch in Ankara.
A1 Went Beyond Borders
Trade networks with companies in Germany, Russia, China, and the Balkans allowed A1 to go beyond the borders of Turkey.
2012
New Factory Opened in Silivri
PVC edge band production was separated from other production processes and started to operate in an indoor area of 5.000 m2 in Silivri. Production activities began to get supported by efficient personnel and multifunctional technical equipment.
Trade Network Has Expanded

2014
Production Capacity Expands
The production plant in Silivri expanded, and the monthly production capacity of 1.000 tons was reached in an indoor area of 10,000 m2.
Export to more than 50 countries
The company delivers its products to more than 50 countries, including Tanzania, by increasing the investments in exports.
2019
The systems, shaped by labor, knowledge, and experience and continuously renewed with technical parts in the process extending from 1975 to today, enable Özemek Plastik to be strengthened in the context of production power and organizational structure.
